Building on the prestigious legacy of the Empyrean (I), Empyrean II achieves a unique harmony of craftsmanship, audio innovation and artistry. Its precision CNC milled assembly features silver accents and a fully redesigned grill inspired by bold art deco ornamentation.

Empyrean II’s hybrid array driver has once again been designed in collaboration with Rinaro Isodynamics, featuring a switchback and spiral shaped voice coil all within one driver for agile targeting around the natural form of the ear. Switchback coils are most adept at low-end frequencies and are situated at the upper part of the driver, while spiral coils are most at home with mid-to-high frequencies are are positioned directly atop the ear canal for direct aural delivery without any delay.

Multiple possibilities were meticulously researched to achieve a tuning balance which achieves both clean and accurate representation of sound, as well as elevated resolution and detail.

The Empyrean II’s all-new Duo ear pads have been wholly redesigned from the ground up to match the headphone’s best qualities. Harnessing a precise blend of both premium leather and Alcantara for the base half and covering respectively, Duo ear pads enable a new contemporary dimension to the sound signature which blends and resonates perfectly across all genres of music.
